TN: MCC extends deadline for Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling in the state

October 28, 2022, is the last date for candidates seeking admission to MD/MS and Diploma and DNB courses in TN

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released a notice today, October 26, stating that the authority has decided to extend the date for the registration and choice filling for Round 2 of the candidates who are aspiring for TN NEET PG Counselling. The date has been extended to 5 pm on October 28, 2022.  The official statement also stated that candidates who are seeking admission to MD/MS and Diploma and DNB courses under the government medical colleges/government quota and management quota (Including NRI quota) in self-financing medical colleges in Tamil Nadu, can register and fill the choice for locking Round 2 Counselling till October 28, 5 pm, and the results will be announced on October 30.  The date of joining Round 2 Counselling will be on or before November 2, 5 pm.  Candidates who want to register for the NEET PG counselling can do it through the official website tnmedicalselection.net. The required documents that are to be submitted online for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling 2022 NEET PG 2022 admit card include the NEET PG score card 2022, MBBS degree certificate and Diploma Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate, Internship Completion Certificate, Permanent/provisional medical registration certificate issued by the MCI/SMC, Caste/community certificate issued by the competent authority (for candidates belonging to any of the following communities; backward/backward (Muslim)/most backward/denotified/schedule caste/schedule caste (arunthathiyar)), Community certificates issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer of the competent jurisdiction (applicable only for schedule tribe candidates, a native of Tamil Nadu), Eligibility Certificate (if applicable), payment receipt for the application form.
